You can hire an audience for research directly through the Wynde interface. There are two mechanisms available for this: hiring through interface and specific audience selection.
In this article, we will examine both of these approaches in detail and provide recommendations for their use.
Hiring through the interface
This option connects you to active, vetted, and engaged testers who provide detailed, accurate, and honest responses. Our pool includes approximately 200,000 active testers. The key benefit of hiring through the interface is speed — testers usually respond within 1–2 hours.
Testers’ criteria
When hiring testers, you can specify your audience's country, sample size, and age range. You can also filter from over 400 demographic and experience-based criteria. To view the available options, navigate to your published test, select the "Invite testers" tab, and click "Hire testers." The quickest way to check specific criteria is to search directly in the hiring window.
How much does hiring through the interface cost?
After selecting your criteria, you can see the cost per tester and available audience pool size in the interface. The cost is calculated per minute based on the estimated completion time and your chosen filters.
FAQ
01 All testers within a single test are guaranteed to be unique. To ensure audience uniqueness across multiple tests, you can use split groups.
02 You can hire testers in multiple iterations
For example, if you need 100 respondents evenly split between users from the USA and United Kingdom, you can collect this sample by hiring 50 people from each country in 2 iterations.
Hiring specific audience
Currently, hiring a specific audience is only available on paid plans.
If you can't find filters you need or have trouble finding your target audience, reach out to us for specific audience recruitment. This option works best when you need to cover all audience segments or find a niche target group.
Just describe your target audience in your own words and send a message to us — we'll provide you with a time and cost estimate, along with screening questions we plan to ask testers. This process typically takes 2–3 business days.
How much does specific audience cost?
The cost of hiring is estimated on a project basis and depends on the specifics of the audience and the expected survey duration. Simply provide us with the requirements for your target audience and we will guide you through the cost.
