In Wynde, you can enable video recording of testers' interactions with the prototype. This lets you observe the testing in real-time without needing to download additional software.
To activate this feature, simply toggle on "Enable video recording" in the test builder. Once enabled, we will record the session with the prototype on any device, whether mobile or PC.
These videos are a helpful tool for qualitative analysis. However, the primary method for analyzing prototype interactions is the detailed screen-by-screen breakdown of the session.
By-screen and by-tester reports
Uploading each session video can increase the loading time for the prototype, which may slow down the process for testers. In rare cases, if the tester has a weak internet connection, the video might not be saved. This is designed to ensure that the most important data—the completion of the survey—is saved.
